The Villa
Situated in the South, 90 minutes from Dabolim airport, Palolem is the perfect location for a fun, relaxed and easy-going holiday. Whilst there are plenty of basic beach huts to stay in, there aren't many houses or rooms done up to a comfortable Western standard. That is, until now.
The villa is set in Rajbag, which is a 10 minute rickshaw ride from Palolem, and within walking distance of the Intercontinental Five-Star Hotel and beach. It comprises a self-contained two bedroom apartment downstairs and six individual rooms upstairs, which can be rented on a room-by-room basis or as a whole.
The house is new, clean and modern, with tiled floors throughout. It looks out onto uninterrupted views of the Indian countryside, and has a good degree of privacy. There is a large garden with coconut and cashew trees, and ample space to park mopeds and bikes.
The accommodation also includes unlimited access to the Intercontinental's luxury five-star swimming pool - an amazing offer as there is normally a high premium for non-residents' use of the pool. This is a wonderful way to recharge your batteries and relax in style - before hitting the nightlife on Palolem Beach in the evening... for a delicious seafood tandoori or a sundowner cocktail with friends.
